LoadPay is banking built for trucking. LoadPay is offered by TBK Bank and is designed to cater to the financial needs of trucking companies by providing an intuitive web-based user experience with access to tailored financial products. LoadPay contains a comprehensive suite of centralized business banking and on-demand cash flow management solutions, including an FDIC-insured business checking account with an associated physical and/or virtual Mastercard business debit card.
- 24/7/365 Funding – You can get approved invoice payments from LoadPay integrated partners and use those funds anytime without waiting for traditional banking hours.
- Save on ACH & Wire Fees – Since funds sent from integrated partners to your LoadPay checking account are available to spend within minutes, you no longer need to pay additional fees to expedite receipt of your payment for approved invoices.
- FDIC Insured – LoadPay deposit accounts are FDIC insured and protected since LoadPay is a product offering of TBK Bank, SSB, Member FDIC*.
- Use your LoadPay debit card anywhere MasterCard is accepted – Pay for everything like fuel, repairs, and bills to keep your business moving.
Payments from LoadPay integrated partners such as TriumphPay are made on approved invoices on scheduled payment dates, even on weekends and holidays when banks are closed. If same-day payments are an option, approved payments will be made within minutes if LoadPay has been selected as the preferred payment method with the integrated partner.
Important Note: Not all invoices are available for same-day payments. Criteria is based on payor payment options and approval processes.
Visit the LoadPay signup page at https://app.loadpay.com/app/signup. You will be asked to enter information required to open a business debit account such as the Federal Tax ID number and ownership information as well as the MC and/or DOT number for your company.
LoadPay does not run a credit check on applicants to open an account.
There is no charge to apply for a LoadPay account, there are no account minimums and there are no monthly service fees for the bank account or the debit card.
Small fees apply to use the Instantly Pay Yourself feature. ATM fees may apply, as charged by LoadPay and/or the terminal merchant. You will be asked if you accept their charges at the time of withdrawal.
Yes – the LoadPay app is currently available for download in the Apple Store.
LoadPay offers several ways for you to spend your money:
- Physical Debit Cards: Carriers can order a LoadPay debit card which can be used just like any other debit card where MasterCard is accepted. Allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
- Virtual Debit Cards: Carriers will have immediate access to card information that they can use to make purchases online.
- Digital Mobile Wallet: Carriers can add their LoadPay debit card to their digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay and use it immediately.
- ATM Withdrawal: Carriers can withdraw cash from ATMs across the country just like any other checking account.
The LoadPay debit card is accepted everywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Money can be moved from LoadPay to most external bank accounts via ACH transfer, just like a regular checking account. LoadPay does not charge a fee for incoming or outgoing ACH transfers.
For a small fee, LoadPay customers can also instantly transfer funds from their LoadPay account to another account in their name using the “Instantly to Yourself” feature. These funds can be sent anytime, including nights, weekends, and holidays and the funds will be available within the other account within minutes.
Money can be transferred instantly from your LoadPay account to an account in your name at another bank. The name and zip code of the owner of the LoadPay account must match the name and zip code of the other account for a successful transfer.
The fee schedule for instant transfers to yourself are as follows:
- $3.00 fee for transactions of $300.00 or less
- $5.00 fee for transactions of $300.01 – $1,499.99
- $10 fee for transactions $1,500.00 and above
