How to Get Started
Activating LoadPay’s fuel card integration with TCS is simple:
2️⃣ Navigate to the task on your dashboard that says “Link or sign up for your TCS Fuel Account.
3️⃣ Select “Link accounts” on the pop up screen that appears to connect the accounts or “Sign Up” if you need to apply for a TCS fuel card.
4️⃣ Once you successfully link, you’ll be directed back into your LoadPay account where you will see your TCS fuel cards, their balances, and the ability to add funds.

LoadPay’s TCS Fuel Card integration allows carriers, owner-operators, and fleets to transfer funds directly from their LoadPay account to their TCS fuel cards in real time. This helps owner-operators and their drivers to access funds immediately for fuel purchases without waiting for ACH transfers or business hours.
Log in to your LoadPay account
Navigate to the task on your dashboard that says “Link or sign up for your TCS Fuel Account”
Select “Link accounts” on the pop up screen that appears to connect the accounts or “Sign Up” if you need to apply for a TCS fuel card.
Once you successfully link, you’ll be directed back into your LoadPay account where you will see your TCS fuel cards, their balances, and the ability to add funds.
All LoadPay customers (owner-operators, fleets, and brokers).
Customers must have a compatible fuel card or enroll in a LoadPay partner program.
Some partner programs may have additional eligibility requirements (credit checks, fleet size, etc.).
Currently, LoadPay integrates with TCS (list will grow over time).
